stayed in spa room, great tub

that was a plus they gave us the room for normal price room but i was really looking foward to spa tub it was

the bed was comfy and the spa in the room was very relaxing

rented the king/spa bedroom

it actually sloped about 5% and had the typical cross bar in the back all night issue

staff were great, very helpful. the beds were comfortable and the pool area was very nice.

close to where we needed to be. reduced our pet fee due to their error.

like i m your personal service but then couldn t provide us any service like set us spa appointments

like that our little girl was excited to get her fingernails painted in the kids spa

but really believe that the spa thing could have been handled a lot better and we wouldn't have had to have a

paid over $400 for one night for a suite with a fireplace, tub spa and patio to celebrate our 17th anniversary

breakfast staff were wonderful, room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds, quiet at night, pool looked nice

we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and even took advantage of the pool area

carpet wasn t clean, beds were hard to sleep on. no one knew how to use the spa tub.

trying to relax at night in the hot tub there are little kids that are not being supervised running around and

part of our spa tub was broken when we arrived so to keep it closed i put the garbage can in between the wall
