park is a fun and funky neighborhood very comfortable bed high quality linens modern bathroom and spa shower

the bar area is a great amenity and stayed open late

room service knocked a tad earlier than i would have liked.

the bar and dining room service and atmosphere were wonderful

i preferred the old gym bag smell

no private bath with the spa room

we had the spa suite and the room was very nice and large

we love the king studio with the spa tub in the room

the spa bath and bed and living area was amazing

it does offer smoking rooms and allows pets so it is musky but nothing too bad or unexpected.

i got a smoking room, and that's what it smelled like

liked that our room was pet friendly

liked the facility didn t listen when i requested a non smoking room

parking lot needed a good cleaning, lots of trash outside doorways into the motel

we didn't arrive until 9:00pm and the pool closes at 10

the facility is modern and clean, rooms are comfortable, and the heated pool was perfect

and quiet took a family trip to kids had a blast swimming

wish the pool would have been open but i understand with covid it couldn t

hotel was in a great spot and having a spa and golf course included was great

the facility and room were very clean, and we loved the spa in the room

was conveniently located by interstate, very clean facility with cofy beds and hot breakfast

the gym room was nice, and it had a lot of equipment

especially for somewhere that allows dogs my son has a pet allergy so we were iffy on if the rooms were clean

parking outside the room and dog friendly was huge plus for me too

shower gel way too scented!!! a lot of folkthe bar soap wasn't great but not nearly as bad.

restaurant and bar was closed because of covid and we came after 8 pm so no where in versaille was open

waiter during dinner was also manning the bar so service was slow

the spa bathtub jets did not work

the room smelled of mildew and the spa tub was not clean

clumse of hair coming out of the jets in the spa tub

were right next to the guest laundry so there was sound almost all night

pool was comfortable temp and spa warm

husband treated me out to a spa bath king room

pool and spa were open by reservation with a max of 12 people at a time

the pool/spa looks nice, but way too much chlorine

excellent room received for stay was not what was ordered, king suite spa tub, received a kung disabled suite,

was great, staff was even better but the beautiful scenery around the pool was my favorite

everything, the hotel and rooms and pool were clean and the staff was excellent and friendly

access and parking was limited due to repavement of part of the parking lot.
