luckily we had booked one spa at another hotel to save our stay

bar restaurant was often empty and had no atmosphere, no drinks available at beach/pool area

additionally, the hotel parking is quite small, but most of all is public and it gets difficult to park after

easy to get there from the airport and parking on-site

the breakfast selection and quality was really nice, and especially the breakfast staff was very

breakfast was adequate, service was mediocre.

the gym was typically a little room, stuffy, non-working equipments. the variety of dinner.

i loved the place/ the pool loved the fact it was close to the beach etc had fun .

the spa is popular so probably need to book treatments when you reserve the room

the pool area and beach are lovely. the buffet is definitely worth a visit.

another minus is the additional fee for the spa center (hammam, sauna) which must be included in the price even

it s supposed to be the creole beach and spa but there wasn t a booking available in the spa for the entire

spa : rude and not friendly spa manager

resort conveniently had everything we needed: nice pool, sunny beach, several restaurants, and a spa on site

especially liked lounging on the beach after breakfast

the bar closed very early and the level of cleanliness could have been a bit higher.

wifi was sketchy to non existent in some areas of the hotel

it was difficult to find a place to park in the hotel parking lot, especially in the evening

lacking attention to detail, bar was understaffed and the coffee over priced

booked a room with a garden view, but we got a room with a parking lot view
