upon arrival they told us that there will be no room service

the spa was kind of weird as its in an enclosed room with a gym

had a long drive from the south east of spain (12 hours) and once i got closer to the area, i had received a

room service / housekeeping: - first day - housekeeping between 4-5pm which is very late - next day

wifi is poor quality, wasn't able to connect with all my devices and lost connection many times

no one bothered showing us where the restaurant pool & spa were

and also delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere we spontaneously booked a short treat in the spa and were

there are many entrances to the spa and the entrance to the hotel could be better indicated

need to keep in mind at the spa that when they say proper bathing suit they meen speedo/lycra

some other nice touches, like some welcome wine on arrival and your own parking space

the area around the pool was lovely and the owner helpful with catering for my husband's gluten intolerance

the property is on the edge of the golf course so has lovely views and the pool is fab

one of the best in our travel history (absolutely quiet, high efficient); the exterior - like pool & bar nice,

our room phone didn t work to call for room service and we weren t advised to call their external number

pool area was lovely and clean, with fresh towels on the loungers, and attentive bar service

loved everything in particular the pool and the spa area and the relaxed attitude of the staff

we didn t use the spa but it looked beautiful we can t recommend this wonderful place highly enough

the balneo spa was very good and once again all the staff so lovely and concerned that

you could improve the deck chairs (transat) by the pool, as they are not the most comfortable
