the breakfast was simply awful

was in our price range, but you get what you pay for. breakfast was offered.

no designated area for pets. hotel pool not heated.

with a $50 a night pet fee and a $30 a day crime-susceptible parking fee and no security cameras or watchpeople

the shops, the pool, plenty of parking ($30/day), the restaurants, being pet friendly it was exactly the

everything! absolutely the nicest hotel i ve ever been in and the pool area was spectacular!

pool was closed, hot tub was closed even though i called ahead and specifically chose this hotel

hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and though i was a little unwell and couldn't go to the pool, the photos

we called for room service for extra towels never got them, and even though we moved our car from their parking

kids enjoyed the indoor pool

manager of the front check in was absolutely amazing to me and my kids i wish i remem his name, the manager from

the music, atmosphere, bar and porch restaurant was 5 star

i requested and received a late check out for an extra hour

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

well as dinners) were excellent and reasonably priced

and right next to the room was the gym that's open 24 hours so i hurt people in there working out

no room service.

the spa tub can be cleaned a little better, check out at 11am instead of 12

where to eat, the staff was wonderful and easy to talk to, rooms were clean and each room had a spa

rooms a lil pricey i stay there a lot cus of the spa tubs

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

and the spa tub is worth the money

room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

they have a laundry room which is very convenient

if i wanted clean towels it was my responsibility to take the dirty towels to the laundry room and exchange

to everything you really need, facilities were clean, laundry room available & front desk was helpful

the staff was understanding and helpful wish they had room service.

rooms were a little outdated, our ac unit wasn't cooling the room much, there's not enough parking bc we had to

close to the highway and close parking.

hotel was full of kids screaming, knocking on doors . no parental or adult supervision
