booked a superior double room, what we got was a former spa treatment room, the floor was dirty with dead insects

wifi almost useless, did mention this but to no avail

it felt a bit cold and lonely compared with the lovely bar area we had been sitting in

there was a nice bar and lounge area but it needed an atmosphere possibly even a tv to bring it alive

we loved the spa facilities and the surroundings were stunning

the spa facilities are quiet and very clean

we also used the spa facilities which were absolutely fantastic

leisure club and spa lovely, will definitely be be back soon

the spa the sauna and steam room are closed because of the virus - but pool good

no room service but you could place order for food, then they would call room to say it was ready,

carpeting in my room was very dirty and the air conditioning in the gym was on high on a very cold day

gym quite small but at least it has one

was not watchable as picymture kept breaking up, reported this on check out also struggled to use wifi

we were travelling for our daughters gymnastics competition and have a 3 month old so wanted to be closer to

television, functional room, good choice of food and other facilities such as gym were available

couch bed was too small for my kids, i requested for a room with double beds but was told the property did not

amazing hotel, comfy beds, nice staff and the pool/spa is perfect for a chilled morning.

i understand this is primarily a spa facility and this would be purely my own personal preference

noise from a room next to me i phoned reception 5 times and no answer keeped my 2 kids up all night was a joke

wifi was only available in public areas. private wifi was an expensive charge.

was great, a brilliant hotel to take my family, bonus the hotel had a pool and a spa aswell

the room was amazing, the spa was excelent, the setting of the hotel is so peaceful

also we expected to have breakfast included with our stay in the lodge

some, the location perhaps may be a bit remote and the bar is expensive but it is aimed at being a luxury break

our departure 2 days later, we received outstanding service from reception, bar, restaurant, spa and housekeeping

5h spa treatment for myself and my partner

we booked hotel spa treatments which were worth the money

the spa had a lot of treatments but was a little out of my price range.

spa is absolutely heaven

there is a spa onsite also, but we did not use this facility
