great spa and good food

we did not utilize the restaurant or spa but hearsay was very positive

the property is very nice and clean. it s nice to have a spa on site as well

staff was friendly, the atmosphere was romantic and peaceful, the food was delicious and the spa was relaxing

everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and spa staff were wonderful!

the spa tub fit both of us comfortably, which is awesome as we are both tall

excited to stay in spa queen room. am a gold member so was a bit disappointed with a few things.

there is no spa as you advertised on your listing.

so very clean, and the kids love the pool. last, there is everything around like a 2 min drive

some people may prefer a hot breakfast, but the grab-and-go breakfast was perfect for us

don t like the window looking out on the parking lot. but blackout curtains take care of that.

we had a minor issue about being pet friendly but it was worked out quickly and to our satisfaction

to find location, plenty of free parking, well lit parking lot

spacious rooms and a quick, convenient breakfast with good coffee

there was no breakfast available. the kitchen was closed.

the outside bar was dismantled

the gym is a closet with a few weights, for example

there was free wifi that worked better than most hotels

my kids would love to play soccer but it doesn t feel like we re encouraged to use the fields

wifi was terrible

the pool was dirty with algae

the wifi didn t work for a while and only connected to select devices.

parking is tight

wifi is slow and room is a little bit small

room had lots of space. parking in the courtyard rooms was prime.

that was fine for us because we just drove and did not have trouble with parking

unsure if there was laundry facilities

we booked because the property has a pool and a spa and is close to the festival

fireplace not working, bedroom ac not working, tvs not working in am though they reset and it

parking lot can get a little full, your always a bit worried about leaving at certain times they do

the pool and gym facilities were exactly what i wanted after a long day!

love having a gym at our disposal

perfect location and appreciate the free parking .

the shower i could have used something like a bar or handle to hold onto

the server at the bar was so friendly and helpful

lots of eateries and pubs nearby but we loved the bar and restaurant here best of all

it came with a mini kitchenette, or at least a sink, microwave, mini fridge and some cupboards, it would be nice
