the spa is a lovely addition and the newer rooms are comfortable too

we booked the spa party for the evening which was fabulous and highly

fact that we were in a lockdown ,the hotel exceeded our expectations from check in to using spa and eating 10

we really enjoyed the spa experience and will be re-visiting

first time using the spa as we have been before but it s a must when we stay again

parking was not good, we stayed when there was a wedding happening, the car park was full, so after

breakfast was perfect, the meals lovely, the happy and friendly staff, good parking ,exceptional overall

for my bfs birthday stayed in the suite with spa bath was so good great staff clean lot of space nicely decorated

other half woz not happy at all spa bath wozen working rite service was bad paid top money and got bad service

couldn t use the excellent spa facilities during my stay due to circumstances

guests are allowed to use the sports facilities and spa next door but we didn't use them so can't

spacious clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, despite a wedding function taking place

the spa there were no locks on the lockers we were told we had to bring our own padlock and key

think the cost to use the spa should of been included in the price not extra

room was very spacious, beds are comfortable and the spa bath was a hit!

also the spa bath was a very welcome item

it was stunning beautiful loved the lake and spa our room was amazing was upgraded made it a very special

wasn t fortunate to secure a booking in the spa but next time will book ahead as it is obviously very
