so helpful the gem off the north down.one brill hotel & spa my son absolutely loved this.

paul who helped us in with bags and was very accommodating the food was absolutely delicious spa was great fully

they have a turn down service which is lovely and the use of the spa is an added bonus here and the gym

so friendly, amazing rooms, the spa gym and jacuzzi make you feel like a king

loved the huge kitchen which led out to a lovely courtyard which was lovely to sit in the morning with a cup of

nothing. it was genuinely excellent. kitchen downstairs was also lovely.

rooms are nicely done and access to the huge communal kitchen meant we could have a nice home cooked breakfast

decorated and spotlessly clean every amenity possible with a large shared kitchen diner and rear garden

i like the thought that there was a kitchen where you could cook.

spa bath was just a bath with bubbles

and in the bathroom i loved the spa bath and the way the staff had made a elephant out of towels

the size of room (executive suite) the bed, the furniture, the spa bath and shower and the towel elephant

to the spa bath, right through to the restaurant / bar and all the staff

i like a larger spa bath but next time i will request that

are gorgeous, the staff where great (tracey inparticular at reception) was lovely, rooms are spacious and clean

loved the spa the treatments food an room staff was very friendly

only thing that could of been better was that the dressing gowns for the spa could of been in the room to get

location and family friendly hotel with a lovely restaurant, i was gutted i didn't get to try the spa or pool
