kitchenette was sparkling and it had a clean fridge

the pool was not able to be used

only available at the desk & the pool was closed

breakfast was very good, pool was very clean, room was comfortable

we had a delicious breakfast

the breakfast was great the lady that was doing the breakfast wore glove's

staff, awesome pool and spa area, great housekeeping, everything i needed

the spa pool wasn't on , but the water was still warm so i still prefer that over the pool

was a sad brown bag with 'ham & cheese' & i'm a vegetation, wifi didn't work even though staff came to room to

parking was a bit tricky to get to if coming off i-475 heading west

the spa tub was wonderful plus tv in tub area. great shower too. bed was super comfy.

wish there was a guest laundry and they really need to improve the concrete approach into the property

the cable machine in the gym was broken but other than that no complaints

rm #117 was near the laundry room and maids station...lot noise.

water pressure in spa tub was terribly low.

the spa tub or jacuzzi was dirty water was barely warm then took almost a hour to fill up tried to talk

we liked the staff the room was really cool the breakfast was good.loved the pool

hotel needs an update the spa tub was filthy from over the years and had no stopper the outlets sucked and the
