the organization of spa business was not at the level of five stars

we were upgraded because the spa bath in our room wasn't working.

spa was being renovated, but they gave us free passes to the hot springs in town

but, we are offered to access using the harrison hot spring resort and spa instead

the spa - couple's massage was amazing, the copper room restaurant's food was delicious

the view of the lake and mountains is amazing. the hot pools and spa were great.

com emphasised that a big plus was the spa bath in the room

kitchen was amazing and the shower was sooo good

5 bathrooms and a kitchen with fridge and microwave

wifi was terrible and the toilet leaked

hot tub on the property is a nice arctic spa and was very enjoyable

adored our stay in the heritage suite, although the spa bath is rather shallow to actually relax in

comfortable and massive jet spa bath was a delight

the entire property is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds helped us

especially kitchen was excellent

convenient location, easy parking, very good hot breakfast served to you. bed was comfortable.

location and heritage exterior look, wifi is very slow. cannot upload the vlogs.

there is street parking in the front and a parking lot in the back

no pool. it was pretty hot.

continental breakfast is kind of weak, but exactly what you d expect from one

the fact it's not pet friendly and had to keep dog warm in truck

not sure if the room currently or previously allowed smoking, or if it was from pets, but it was very strong

pool was way to cold...i was expecting a hot tub and spa which there was neither.

water was not working in the kitchen sink, bathroom was not well kept, mold in bathroom, dirty water drops on

wifi was a bit spotty

also, i had thought by the pictures and name, the family suite, that it would have a kitchen as i was hoping
