the spa pool is still broken

like that there was no prenotification of there being no breakfast served or that the indoor pool/spa area was

pool not open or spa but i do understand it's cause of pandemic ...

and spa zone outdated and wants renewal badly

up(not advertised before booking) and when we turned the water on it came out brown and the spa jets had sand/

booked for a king size bed with a spa room,but when i got there a little after the room wasn't even cleaned yet

spa bath was confusing

the spa bath was so nasty. disgusting

the spa tub had a note on how to turn on first night was kinda confused but everything else i

ask for spa tub

breakfast lady was very helpful as well

someone complained about kids jumping in her room

safely lit and big parking lot

breakfast staff are thr worst customer service, it took forever for everything didnt give water

only negative thing i can think of is that i think the restaurant and bar should have longer hours

buffet breakfast would have been better. i would have liked a refrigerator and microwave

friendly staff, and pet friendly, which is very important to us

jets of spa very weak, maybe need cleaning or adjusting

loved the pool and spa our 2 year old enjoyed the pool as well

and pillows very comfortable, long hours of spa availability, staff is very attentive to customers

room was comfortable. head of housekeeping was very helpful. pool and spa were great.

wifi was in and out

the spa suites is a must do. very nice wifey was super happy
