didn't know there was a pool at main

there are 2 options for eating, a casual bar with food and a formal dining room

wifi is really bad and rooms are too old.

are limited paved parking spaces with majority in an unpaved field

of activities to keep the kids busy

beautiful spa tubs but not enough hot water to use them

room and spa was excellent and the outdoor plantings were beautiful

from the gas fireplace to the white drapes with a blue valance, it set the tone for crisp and clean wonderful

we stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace

are very comfortable, we booked one with fireplace

spa was absolutely awesome

loved the spa at night after a day of sight seeing and being on our feet

room was great. enjoyed the fireplace and full kitchen

that requires entry through the main door, for security reasons, rather than access right to the parking lot

also love the fireplace

it's in a historic residential neighborhood, so parking is streetside

room was above the kitchen door to the outside, and every time someone went in and out the screen door they

the complimentary breakfast was from a full menu and delicious

i also didn't like that i didn't get a total on what i was expected to pay at the spa before my card was charged

it is not by the water, or pool. it is located up the hill by the golf club.

thought i was staying at the cottages at bay harbor, not across the street at a cottage on a golf course

had no idea the cottage was on a golf course

the hot tub spa is cold in the morning.

whirlpool spa was too hot, and flakes of paint where in the water

the spa and pool were lacking in cleanliness. i'm guessing it's the water quality.

pool and spa needs cleaning, not necessarily the water but the tiles above the water line filthy

the pool and spa was always at the perfect temperature.

especially to see a hotel down from this one wa a half the price for a king spa room suite and it was larger

while not a new building, it is in excellent condition and sparkling clean

the view and the spa tub were equally amazing

the room was perfect with the spa tub for our anniversary celebration.

the friendly staff. the spa in the room was terrific.

wifi was spotty, work, not work

like the use of the spa area and the breakfast although it could've had a variety of choices than the same thing

spacious room, great location, pool and spa were nice. beautiful lighting

we liked the separate sitting room and kitchen.

kids running up and down the hallways all times of the night; couldn t enjoy the pool or hot tub

staff is wonderful and we love the shuttle service.

i especially enjoyed the extra effort americinn makes to accommodate guests who travel with pets

was nice and clean. lotsa pillows, convenient parking and accommodating and friendly staff.

hot tub and pool water seemed odd.

i thought the breakfast could have been better.with fresh eyes,also the breakfast area is dark.

husband used the spa and loved it

very new and clean. front desk ppl were great! so friendly. very nice pool and hot tub

advertised a pool. i brought my swimsuit to do laps. it s a kids wading pool, not a lap pool.

parking is tough

loved being ski in & ski out. room was a good size. great spa & pool.

restaurants were on site however seemed to be a bit on the expensive side, nice amenities, spa was wonderful

loved the edelweiss chalet with the reception and the spa area.
