tony even gave us a tour and history of the mansion and his wife made an exceptional breakfast for us

julia started my early days with a healthy and protein packed breakfast, and i'm pretty sure she added some

fantastic staff. great facilities, wonderful breakfast.

the closure of on-site shops and spa left limited options, while the noisy hvac ac units downstairs made balcony

the location. the spa was excellent.

tub in tower king suite was too tall to climb into without a bar which was not present

i liked the rooms they were clean. i enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

better breakfast selection

rooms were new and well laid out. full kitchen plus table for 4 in our room.

great bed with lots of pillows. :) liked the kitchenette. super clean room/bath.

we arrived for hockey tournament it would have been nice if there was a hot tub vs just a pool

need a hot breakfast instead.

the spa tub

spa tub wasn t powerful enough and the price was a little too much to not include anything

i liked the spa tub and how clean the room was.

that this motel offers smoking rooms, i was afraid that i might be able to smell them in our non-smoking room

parking is small and can be difficult to get out of at rush hour

my entire stay no room service was provided even when explicitly asked the front desk

the location and the breakfast was wonderful.

the kitchen closed at 10pm

also didn't like that the hotel was so pet friendly -- way too many dogs around

breakfast was great and if possible the staff and management were even better

wifi didn t work in room 1301 but they did give me a $20 discount because of this

lisa in the bar was very helpful,she even drew us a map( i dont think we did a good job following it

bar is a wonderful space with a fireplace, and the drinks and service are wonderful

love the stained glass and fireplaces

the pool picture on the website shows a spa right beside and there was actually no spa at all there, it was

hotel lobby is very nice too plus free wifi and good free breakfast

she did not inform us about the wifi, the breakfast hours or the location of the pool

overall we would stay there again if we didn't have the kids

i wish the restaurant and bar in the hotel had longer/ later hours.

in terms of the room, we chose to spa king, and we loved the funky decor, the delightfully comfortable bed,

out of spa rooms and gave us a handicapped room with a normal bath which isnt what we paid for

the spa king room was the best decision we ever made, due to going to lush and using a few bath bombs

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very

location was great, the onsite restaurant- bills bar and burgers- was fantastic

i wish i would have taken advantage of the 24 hour room service

machine on my floor was broken, they did not have a lot of tv channels, you have to pay to watch kids channels

the friendly staff. very helpful with late check out.

front desk were totally amazing the spa is lovely and the team were amazing

complimentary coffee or breakfast, no room service menu for dinner in the room, adjusting the temperature of

they did not have their amenities open such as the pool, gym or anything else
