one night over thanksgiving while passing through chattanooga so didn't have time to use the spa or fitness

is the second time that a hotel listed a spa and hot tub and had neither ,i could hae paid 60 dollars less and

we ordered room service for breakfast and it came on time

had one with 5 people so imagine sleeping in one queen size bed with five people (2 adult and 3 kids)

a classy place for a great price. everyone was so welcoming. our kids had a great time too.

near dining, coffee, and walking/biking distance from a climbing gym, the aquarium, and walnut street bridge

we did have some less than desirable interactions with the kids/young teenagers when we were waiting for the

stains on carpet due to pet, guests were smoking in the pool

wish we could of gotten a little better room service, maybe have more items to choose from

however, my kids(5&3), found a football and trash under the beds and someonea

of the staff members was rude, she was so worried about the other guest with the biracial kids, she kept giving
