one night over thanksgiving while passing through chattanooga so didn't have time to use the spa or fitness

i have had better spa experiences

location very good. spa was first class.

breakfast was amazing, spa treatment was incredible with maggie, rooftop pool, free bike rental.

great shower, nice pool, good location near free shuttle and very friendly staff

decor, indoor pool for my granddaughter, and i, then a short walk to the river

the bar and restaurant. were exceptional.

our room had a nice whirlpool spa tub in it that was nice

hot tub/spa only ran for 15 min at a time and was not that

spa covered up with deck boards, indoor pool was cold, wrong room initially, next room was dirty

wifi could have been a tad faster, but not the end of the world

hotel was wonderful however i cannot say enough good things about the spa if you stay here make sure you go to

spa pool was gorgeous and great hours, the lobby was great and the check in staff was helpful

is nothing i didn t love about this hotel will be coming back yearly for girls spa

hallways, elevators, gym and common areas could have cleaner.

the bed was absolutely amazing and the heavenly spa shower products were to do for!

is the second time that a hotel listed a spa and hot tub and had neither ,i could hae paid 60 dollars less and

the time of booking, i didn t realize that it was pet friendly

hotel, charged for parking, not really set up for kids, staff used to dealing with business people & not children

room service breakfast and breakfast in the restaurant was very good

one of the days we were there a child had throw up on one of the pool chairs, the clean up was very thorough,

would have preferred free wifi and parking

my kids love the indoor pool!

nothing how about not only an indoor pool but also an outdoor pool

updated their site to reflect changes (pool was closed for repairs and spa was taken out during 2021 renovation

a numb walking around that scared me when i went out the door he walked around the entire parking lot talking

there was plenty of parking even with customers at the cafe' parking in the same lot

smelled weed every time we walked out of room and people loudly hanging out in the parking lot all hours of

just hanging out in the parking lot
