there's no real outside, its just a parking lot with a piece of grass you see in the picture on the listing

no one available to clean snow from stairs or plow parking lot properly after two days of heavy snow

paid for the big suite room with the full kitchen

the light switch for both bathroom and kitchen area is inconvenient at night

parking lot needed to be ploughed more frequently, concrete brick walls can be plastered with wood

spa is not really a spa just a couple rooms with lots of noise

it would have been nice to have the spa for massages on site. meals were on the pricey side.

despite the hotel s pet-friendly approach, the restaurant s patio did not accommodate our canine companion

the golf course is spectacular & i have played over 60% of the top 100 courses in canada including

they are expanding with roof top infinity pool

there is no spa and i hope things will change soon

the grounds were beautiful the spa bathroom in our room was wonderful.

a bit further from the downtown area than expected so had to take the car into town but lots of parking so it

had a lovely massage at the amba spa by bonnie - she was really great and i achieved exactly what i was looking

we enjoyed the spa and used the fitness centre

also the spa was completely booked in advance but we were not surprised nor disappointed about this

available to all guests therefore didn t use until after our massages on our second day when spa staff encouraged

the spa was wonderful, and shawna was the absolute sweetest

interest in spa package but no one seemed to be able to accommodate because i booked through hotel

spa hot tub was not hot next day in the morning which was disappointing

most of the kids and guests in general preferred the indoor pool bc the water had a fair temperature, it was

room service - covid appears to be an excuse really for not servicing rooms as it does not spread
