front desk staff scared us by not realizing they had an ev charger

gym only had cardio equipment. hallway floors were still dirty when we checked in.

the elevator was broken (we were on the 4th floor), the spa was broken, and the buildings were falling apart

places where the food, bar, pool, spa were to far from most rooms

the pool and hit tub were closed for the season, but we plan to return in warmer weather and enjoy all

that for this fee, there should be more space to walk the dogs ( the hotel sits on a beautiful golf course but

everything! especially breakfast. the kids enjoyed the pool. the gym was nice and big.

didn t like how booking advertised they had a spa to get a massage and then when i get there it was closed

no microwave in the room. spa closed due to pandemic.

was amazing, from the front desk staff to the bartenders to the spa ladies

kids and i were there just one night, following a trip to winterfest at kings dominion

everyone is a pet lover, owners continue to act as if everyone should love pets

they even have a guest laundry room which really does almost make you feel right at home while on the go

were traveling with a pet, no problem there, but it appears that a previous pet had an accident, or a person
