it was gorgeous, with a wonderful spa bath & quieter than a hotel/motel

the spa tub was a huge bonus

the spa needed repair that i reported to the front desk and our rooms ac was leaking onto the carpet

were so friendly, me and my wife both really enjoyed this stay, added bonus with the hot spa and pool

pool closed too early!

pd $420 for spa service ($500 incl tip)for my daughter & i for mother's day; she was too anxious and cancelled

kids loved the inoor pool and enjoyed the lobby space to eat pizza and watch tv as a small group instead of

breakfast could've been better the biscuit were hard

another time a young black man on a bicycle became very aggressive right out of the parking lot to the hotel

gym and pool are closed

we received a text telling us what was being served for breakfast the next day, i didn't realize it was for us

we were travelling as a family, and the kids were very reluctant to leave, declaring that this was easily the

outstanding breakfast and gracious host!

the breakfast was also fantastic, and we wished we had been able to stay more than one night

breakfast was of the highest quality

the doors, there was a wonderfully fresh scent that greeted us - likely from the massage and spa near the

spa wasn't open in the morning before we left

the bed was so comfortable/everything was clean and fresh/spa treatment very nice.

well cared for. security at checkin points bathrooms were spa like

my daughter and i went to the spa and had some wonderful treatments

the spa tub was just what i needed.

the spa tub was very nice and very large. the king size bed was comfortable.

the room was nice and we had a fridge and mini kitchen.

not good when you travel with a pet

the location, the view, the rooms, the bar staff were personable, friendly, and helpful!

like everywhere these days they lacked experienced wait staff in the bar / restaurant

the gym was clean

hotel was very fancy but still allowed pets

the pool/spa were not open during our entire visit.

we were given the worst room in the hotel, 1st floor eighty behind the kitchen with a parking lot view and

free & easy parking

we enjoyed the pool

there were 5 kids without adult

we also loved the spa - went here on two separate days

we also booked the saunas at the spa

spa and rose tavern

really but could use more lounge chairs at the pool, few ppl were taking advantage of the very expensive daybeds

the sand bar food was much better than the rose tavern and the staff there was

my daughter and i absolutely loved the spa and wish we had been able to spend more time there

the spa was the best part of our trip and well worth the price of the treatments

don't forget to visit the spa (go by car)

my expectations regarding the professionalism of staff, the cleanliness of the properties, the spa and restaurants
