turned on spa tub and a roach came out in the water

we booked a king smoking room with a spa tub

could not get room i reserved for spa tub ..

non-smoking room has always been used as a smoking room from the smell and all of the tobacco residue

no pool access and no breakfast as advertised but totally understand due to covid 19.

paid for a king room but door was broken so got downgraded to queen room - assured it was a non smoking room

the breakfast was not good.

i requested a non-smoking room

my 'non smoking' room was obviously a smoking room up until the time i checked in

(non smoking room)linen stained , i had to go to the office to get towels, bathing supplies

a room with a spa

spa tub is amazing

i liked the spa tub being in the bed room.

there was a ring of dirt around the spa tub from where it wasn't clean prior to the arrival.

elevator would not stop on second floor comforter was nasty no wifi

hotel room 108 had roaches in the bathroom and also on the pillow on the bed and wifi barely worked we were on

guest were loud with kids running up

no free breakfast.

great local casino. free airport shuttle is a real plus. good dinner buffet

the pool and spa were exceptional. friendly and informative staff.

buffet wasn't open nor did they have spa services available while we were there which was a letdown

the spa tub is my favorite.

only thing i see that can be improved was the spa does not cater to acrylic or gel nails

loved that they had a spa on the property but wish it would have been open to the salon like i wanted

breakfast buffet in the morning would be great . also the spa needs to open up to get massages!

i would definitely come back again and try the spa next time

the fact it's close to the casinos such as treasure bay and hard rock cafe were all incredible
