comfy beds and the pool/hot tub were nice

i felt safe and relaxed staying the night with my kids

location was convenient. wifi worked.

i have stayed here before so though i didn't use pool and spa this occasion they are very nice

wasn't very clean and the gym equipment was broken or worn out

was under construction and the shipping containers for storage really crowded the parking lot the hot tub was

the shower had broken handles the hotel said it offered a pool and spa and there was neither and there breakfast

housekeeping wouldn t let me use the vacuum cleaner told me to go to laundry room and get that one and it

no laundry room, breakfast sucks

they didn't have breakfast

not being able to find the laundry room..

were given a room close to the pool/spa after the desk staff talked to us to find out our preferences

difficult to find a closer parking spot

the hours for the pool/basketball were longer than at other hotels. a big plus with the kids.

location is great and you can enter the parking lot from the front or back road which makes it much more accessible

the gym was disappointing

great close to west town mall and restaurants was close to the freeway and had plenty of on site parking

friendly staff a very clean hotel large rooms very clean swimming pool open

the restaurant kopita and the spa was so relaxing.

i also visited the wake spa the following morning around 10am and had a great visit but literally could not

i went to tell the front desk and they just said it was no curfew for the kids and did not correct the issue

we did see a sign, however it was only posted at the kitchen which you wouldn t see until you are there

alot of kids hanging out in front of the hotel late on the motor scooter
