we have 3 kids which can be tricky with accommodation, but they actually had beds for all of us in one room

staff, a lot of facilities and spa procedures are included in stay

elegant rooms carved into the volcanic rock, natural wood accents, miles of trails, amazing pools/spa elements

the view, the river and the pool area

the kitchen accessories are minimal- one frying pan and one pot

comfy beds, nice shower, kitchen stocked with useful essentials

no choice of restaurant ( prices at the restaurant ) spa gracias treatments dated

no flexibility, spa that closes at 16:00, booked the wrong times then blamed me

we did do some spa services, which were ok

the spa prices seemed a bit overpriced

breakfast was not very special or lovely arranged; other guests became fruits in addition, we

my wife and i really enjoyed the costa rican style breakfast, while our kids were very happy with the pancakes

spa was awesome, adventure tour was awesome, food was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful

the magnesio massage at the spa was amazing, and oropendola waterfall

i got a massage at the spa last minute which i was happy about

the rooms was spacious and clean

for a nature tour with a hanging bridge tour, horseback riding, zip lining, a cultural tour and a spa experience

the next day we spent almost all of it at the spa and loved relaxing and the food and drinks there

hidden gem, seat from everything. great outdoor spa experience in middle of nature (paradise).

bed was absolutely horrible and the pool was definitely unkept, the above ground spa was completely neglected,

el sitio was in a great location with a beautiful pool leading to the restaurant

to only 2 hours (from 7 to 9) and as we arrived at 9:15 they sent us back hungry even my poor kids

seemed to be a karaoke bar close

beautiful setting, walking distance to local shops, excellent breakfast!!

acces to pool , river ( amazing to swimm ) , hot spa included in price

i stayed for two nights and made a lot of use of the free pools at the spa area

learned that, it was too late to hike up to the reception area to pay and then back down to the spa area

we were given a flight of beers to try which was fun and enjoyed playing pool

kids had a lot of fun at the skate park, on the tennis court and in the pool

we couldn't get a spa appointment either day we were there
