spa and pool facilities were great

were very lucky the hotel allowed us to stay for the weekend, however the facilities, use of the spa was not

the hotel had spa facilities, the rooms were spotless and the staff so helpful, welcoming and friendly

unfortunately we did not use the spa facilities

whole experience was so pleasant, the staff couldn t be more helpful, the spa and swimming pool was quite just

the spa wasn t open when we stayed but we knew that in advance as they let us know a number of times

didn't manage the spa this visit but hope to visit again soon

the spa is separate and i'm sure lovely, but the normal swimming, sauna and jacuzzi is not in keeping

to pay for the spa rather than it being included in the price of the accommodation the breakfast sausages were

room, big bath , spa , gym and breakfast were fantastic.

hotel is immaculate and the kohler water spa is the best spa i ve been in so many lovely areas of the hotel
