pool wasn't open and no breakfast.

didn't even stay i didn't feel it was the place for me and my two kids we had to get out of our apartment after

dirty laundry and garbage left in hallway by housekeeper overnight

we were just there for the night so didn t have a chance to use the sauna or pool

location, starbucks at the lobby, pool, gym, panoramic elevators

the floor in the pool area slippery

listed shuttle for the airport which was the whole reason i booked it

people staying in the hotel were a bunch of college students that took over the pool and hot tub area

much to do for kids

the pools and hot tubs and wading pool

did not eat breakfast

access to room from parking steps to get to door!

didn t get no breakfast which i wish we did with the price i paid for the room

they need better parking

pet friendly room located on first floor and near an outside exit

shower sucked, took 5-10im to heat up, pool and hot tub

wasn't a very family friendly atmosphere, so my kids were unable to use the pool

didn t check out any amenities (pool) but would stay here again

some amenities could be updated to look better, like the area around the spa tub.

tv cable box had no power cord the phone didn't work to call the front desk room was dirty the spa tub was filthy

i didn't get the spa tub king bed room as my reservation i booked

was in town for job training and booked the king room with spa tub, which was fantastic

staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast variety
