paid extra to have a sauna spa bath, on the second room i got still no sauna spa bath, still no fully working

spa tub was very small and the jets were old and dirty and button was missing

the gym hadn t been cleaned in a while

when i went to the gym, 3/4 of the machines didn t work and there was an empty water jug for patrons that

only downside was on our first night the bar was closed, however reopened the second night

kids had to pay for the room, the money was put back on my card

the spa was incredible.

didnt like that the spa was booked and i couldnt enjoy a spa date with my wife and her birthday

we also skipped actual spa treatments, between difficulty booking times and the outrageous prices

the hotel staff was friendly and i found that the hyatt regency gym was excellent, with the treadmills, exercise

great location for the arch. good gym and friendly staff.

wanted a spa and requested before booking the hotel, turned up and no spa, but it says on your website spa

problem was stay was in the 2nd tower and the access to the gym wouldn't work with key card

gym/spa facilities - better than any hotel i've stayed at, and incredible for the price

of the wellness center is included with your stay, which i was thankful for because sometimes the spa areas are

great art and spa facilities with swimming pool, whirlpool and saunas.

came for our 10 yr anniversary and selected the room with the spa tub

pool has to be 30 minute reservations, ice machine broke our room was not very clean there was

no free breakfast or tea to go...only coffee. the towels were stringy. laundry was out of order.

why would all of that be closed but the bar is open where people can freely drink and ignore social distancing

the front desk and bar and restaurant staff were friendly and hospitable and extremely helpful.

my kids loved the pool and the comfy beds
