had the wrong description of the room so we were expecting a castle suite only to get a regular spa room

parking was always available and the location is perfect for my commute to work.

have made it a tradition to book a night or two a year with a spa service add on

really old mills fault but if you want to go to the spa you better book an appointment really fast because they

had a great experience at the spa also (relaxing massage)

think the room service was bad theirs pepsi stains on my sink and white nasty stains on my bed sheet like the

is a really bad smell in the corridor and around the building ( parking etc) and it was not very clean

we weren't given wifi passwords or a tv remote in our room , no welcome book saying what's around the hotel or

extra cost for smoking room.

parking fees were never disclosed before we arrived and we were charged a spa fee - another hidden

good size room with spa tub.

tub was leaking through the light fixture from the hotel room above - so we couldn t use the spa tub our last

pillows were flimsy (worn out feeling). spa tub looked a lot bigger in picture than reality.

to covid pandemic, restaurant was closed, spa was closed and min market was really bare of essentials

problem with pool area. water leaking from ceiling.

there is also a spa on site as well if you need to unwind and relax

a king room with spa bath specifically, came to the hotel and got a room with no jacuzzi

wasn t well, i originally book a room with the spa bath and upon checkin is when i was informed that the room

i liked the spa tub. it was relaxing

on website shown the spa tub was not combined in the bathroom was not to happy about that

the spa tub, which i paid extra for, did not work, otherwise the room was perfect.

the breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of healthy options

pool was freezing, and the spa was cold

swimming pool not very clean cold water slide not working and spa had no power

slide was broke and spa pool pump didn't work.

the staff were friendly and the added bonus of a restaurant and bar inside the hotel is a nice touch
