no spa or gift shop and common areas had old run down furniture and bugs

it was very peaceful and the scenery was amazing, as well as the infinity pool.

the rooms are worn and the room service was not very thorough

were so comfortable, loved the shower, the desk was great for me to get a little work done, the wifi was great

garbage in the parking lot

daily yoga and spa treatments were awesome

yoga routine was outstanding and then a vegan breakfast right after made me appreciate my good health and all

parking is a bit tight but it s doable if you are not in a rush.

was a little bit damp, also no wifi available at the building i was assigned, which was very inconvenient when

a pool almost at every building

that where staying in the upper villa smokes and the smell was in my villa in the living room and kitchen every

we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

it took 15 minutes to walk to main hotel or longer to the water park and shuttle to their private beach

spa was closed

the spa is not exist

and very few food or store options, though the water park, ferry to palomino island, and spa are in that area

no spa - disappointed no water sports

very friendly staff but especially those who work in the splash bar area at the pool
