location right at highway, clean big room, good pool /spa area

not sure if location of our spa bath suite was too close to pool so constant running feet, screaming and doors

what we needed very clean was above and beyond what we expected even had robes in it and the spa bath was amazing

breakfast was really good, the rooms were clean and the kids loved the pool

the spa tub was what more i expected , clean and spacious room.

spa tub had plenty of hot water for filling unlike many other similarly equiped hotels.

comfy beds, the spa bath was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving

the pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids

my kids loved the pool! very clean, nice hotel. got vouchers for kids' breakfast.

the kitchen is very limited

where great, used the extremely hot hot tub and the gym facilites

negative was the laundry, only 2 machines, one was not working and the other one was only partially working

i liked that there was a room service option, and that moxies was right across the parking lot.

parking was a bit difficult

the microwave did not work, the kitchen is generally only for photos for the site, in fact there is no kitchen

com boasted a kitchenette (with photos), but the room i received was a simple 1 bed with a mini refrigerator

didn t realize i booked a smoking room but i aired the room out

got room service and the server who brought it to my room decided to add an extra tip for himself

don't use the spa services, pedicure was terrible for the money paid!

i asked about the spa at reception and she basically told me to figure it out myself

and the interior bar and eating areas to the left seemed cold and uninviting

were 4 of us but only got 2 bottles of water, only 2 towels & not enough spare bedding for the kids on the hide

we took advantage of some of the services offered in the attached damara spa which were also excellent

not impressed with the spa, it is lovely and the staff are friendly but the massage services were sub-par (felt

the rooms were well appointed and spacious, the decor and ambience was lovely, the service at the front desk

we love the spa and the hot tub, it s awesome that when i book my massage at the spa they direct bill to my

beautiful building always enjoy staying here. love the spa and the delightful breakfast!

fridge froze food, could not see a setting. hot tub/spa was cold, same temp as pool.
