the spa was closed and wearing a mask all over the property was a bit inconvenient

the spa the employee there was unfriendly almost rude i booked a session( extra fee) for the steam

i had to walk to the spa to get information because no one picked up the phone and i wish the offerings such

gym is very small for size of the resort but has the basics

the pool was really fun and they make sure that you drinking a lot of cocktails

the wifi was a pain to connect too and was glitchy and didn t work throughout the hotel, which made

the kids pool could be cleaner.

this time we tried the spa and it was amazing and very easy to arrange too

access to the beach is very close, pool lounge area and pool are excellent.

the beach is a little small at high tide, use the pool at those times

we liked the gym and spa facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises

staff was wonderful, the kids loved the pools (specially the slide), there are lifeguards around the property,

horrible long check in line, very limited parking and it is not paved, management allowed people to have loud

the environment, beautiful garden, serene pool, cute bar area, big and peaceful rooms, plenty of extra facilities

the gardens are beautiful and the pool, refreshing

pool was small (but a nice temperature), and we had to open a gate to come and go with the car.

there was a daytime power outage but not the property's fault (plus the bar still had cold beer)

lack of parking area, awful administration

super relaxing bed and breakfast style beachfront property owned by a friendly american couple

was good, just no good parking and you will have to play with with the water, its either hot or cold shower

i would call it more like a spa without the bubbles

the rooms are very comfortable and i fell in love with their pool patio.

the breakfast was very good and the location excellent.

we ended up having dinner 2 nights there on top of the breakfast and would come back anytime for the food :)

concierge in particular went above and beyond a standout employee who deserves recognition spa was beautifully

i was at the spa 3 members of the staff 1 guy and 2 women were checking some issues with the utilities and they

even the simplest dish like grilled chicken breast it was so tasty and well seasoned, oh and the breakfast,

wifi is too weak too bad.

parking was a little tight because non-guests come for dinner but even with a full house we got a

friendly staff efficient laundry service their in-house massage service were incredible

couldn t even get a hair dryer as advertised and forget about massage and spa services

the breakfast was disappointing: the hotel provides a small (but fine) breakfast with eggs, but you

place with amazing view. room very spacious. food delicious & big portion. breakfast very nice.

one had a bathroom and bed while the other had the kitchen and a bed

he was very helpful and attentive giving directions to find the place and managing the room

wifi and television worked perfectly for streaming platforms too

i loved that it had a smart tv and a mini kitchen

our case one container unit contained the double bed and bathroom, the other (with sofa bed) the kitchen

the outdoor kitchen was my favourite part and the pool to read beside while dangling my legs in the water to

outdoor kitchen, hammocks, table tennis, good music

the shared kitchen is very well equipped and the pool is small but perfect for relaxing after a long day of
