pool, curtains wouldn't stay closed, breakfast was not impressive, cleaning ladies entered our room

wanted a hot breakfast instead of cold cereal

when they fiinnaly give me a room it wasn't any sweet it was next to the kitchen/ laundry room on 1st floor

air-conditioner didn't work in our room and it soaked the floor in our kids room

the lock to the gym wasn't working either and there was no trash can in the room

next the first day into our anniversary the toilet broke down and room service dint clean our room the front

i have 4 kids; 3 teens and a 15 month old

the hotel's fault (covid unfortunately) but we missed out on the real breakfast i've known them to

alot of doors to outdoor pool area or health spa all locked

downside was that it is a 4 star diamond resort and certain things were not available, like the spa but it s

didn t like that there is no entrance to the hotel from parking lot b

guest slamming doors all night & screaming kids

dogs barking inside rooms kids running the halls being loud and slamming doors

love the spa suite

breakfast could have more options

there were people cussing and fighting in parking lot

the bar and breakfast were exceptional and made me want to extend my stay

the gym was incredible-complete with disposable earbuds, water and towels

the parking lot was well lit for nighttime arrivals and they had several different entrances, not to

parking was a long walk from the available parking spots late night

the breakfast was delicious. the spa bath was luxurious. the t.v was bigger than other hotels.

it did have a huge spa type tub in it which worked and was nice, but you could tell it was dated, but ran well

booked a king spa room with an awesome relaxing jacuzzi for just 52$ (tax included)

head and spa tub nozzles didn t look too clean didn t need the tub so it didn t

room that was given was a dirty room when i walked in i have pictures as prof third the pool an spa are very

hour car ride and i chose this hotel because it was one of a very few options that had a jacuzzi/spa of course

room was more than we could afford, but online it said we could smoke in our room and they had a spa

we encountered three frustrating situations during our brief stay:pool restrictions: upon arrival, we were

it definitely would have helped us decide on meals, maybe book a spa treatment (my husband was pressuring me
