room size great, comfortable king bed, spa bath, professional staff

not get to some of my accounts because wifi was not secure u would have to leave the

hold on my card for 'incidentals' even though there are no incidentals available - no restaurant, laundry service

no parking the first night. had to park at the hotel next door

we didn't eat breakfast

we had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room with laundry facilities on-site

breakfast could have been better

breakfast is very basic

advertised free wifi, however there was no way to connect to it

have liked bigger variety for breakfast, but with dennys & waffle house just yards away it wasn't that big of

tub / spa was dirty with hair they say short staff i get that but i want a clean bath for cleansing and

no hot spa and price was a little high when i booked the room

my husband was unimpressed with the breakfast.

the wifi worked very well

we used the gym and ate the complimentary breakfast

issue was our spa tub was running out of hot water before it would even fill

parking was easy accessible and well lit

little pricey but not bad need grab bar in tub area

was delicious, with covid 19 was not applicable with breakfast to go

and location flawless interior and exterior decor nice breakfast area jacuzzi was great very pet friendly top

and what the hell is wrong with the spa tub

family and i was so happy and excited the spa and pool was awesome

) we were told alot of people brought kids for the weekend and they had a bunch of people for the park and cruise

need a few more handicap parking spaces.

the room service was ok

i had a good nights sleep. my partner and i enjoyed the gym. breakfast was outstanding.

booked a queen suit with a spa ( jetted tub) then was informed by staff that all the jetted tubs don't work

booking the hotel the room selection gives the impression that the queen room with jetted spa tub is a jacuzzi

parking area is confused. there is no alarm clock and no room service for less than 4-day stay.

hotel has a free bar with a variety of different drinks and a big assortment of table games

staff also let us park our box truck behind the hotel which was super great

was perfect except for the parking space and little bit about location

the website advertised a swimming pool but didn't make it clear it was a partnership with a spa, the directions

this property is pet friendly which meant we got to listen to a dog bark at all hours one floor above

the room was clean and it was nice to have a pool even though it was small and a hot tub

the kids love the pool, i enjoyed the gym

small tube of lotion and bar of soap

funky rooms, a steamer instead of an iron, the gym was in a 1900 style home 5 minutes away by foot, no

good at ash bar was yummy, drinks at blooms on bingo night was fun

han in the bar bloom made the best old fashioned i have ever had

oh and bonus you can use the gym about a block away

the design is super fun and leans into an opulent deco look and the bloom bar is excellent

everything, specially the spa and the restaurant bygone.

there was trash and towels and piles of laundry outside all the rooms on my floor in the hallways from saturday

my mom joined me to bring my young kids to some of the area attractions
