pool spa under renovation

the pool and spa were closed and we did not know until we arrived.

spa tub was super amazing

gum on the ceiling ( which i thought was a big bug at first), our spa tub didnt fully work

pool and spa was down.

i like the spa bath in the room. just wish it was in another area.

the spa tub was broken in both rooms

we also had parking available right outside our suite which was quite convenient

internet was not working, although motel was advertised as having wifi

fresh coffee and laundry facilities available 24 hours

parking could have been a bit better, but was adequate

easy to find. plenty of well lit parking. felt comfortable/safe.

the bed was very nice as well as the spa bath

loved the bar, the gym, and the valet staff was amazing that busy weekend

like the hotel because of the location , staff , and the cleanliness of the room ,gym , and the lobby

the pool/fitness center area, the bathrooms were up a narrow stairwell, but there were no signs

the exercise areas were huge, like a real gym

also waiting 2 hours for towels at pool, luckily kids where content while waiting (we called front desk 3 times

the pool room was so cold the kids didn’t want to swim

the air heater is very noisy and the bar was closed for refurbishment.

we had a large beautiful spa tub. also, the room was very quiet.

and unfortunately, the wifi did not work for me the entirety of my stay

breakfast was great, it was a cool morning so i enjoyed the back porch for breakfast

they have a communal kitchen area with simple breakfast and coffee options, but they are within walking distance

the wifi doesn t really reach up on the third floor in our room we had to go to the main floor

i got the room with the spa tub, and that was nice too
