there was no spa or any ementities that i could use

- while the jacuzzi water was warm, the pool water was cold and we could not swim

lovely business-type hotel in a park-like setting, near ford museum. good free parking.

it had the spa tub inside of the actual room and then a separate bathroom with a tub and shower

nothing. bed was uncomfortable and the spa tub jets didn't work

big rooms. clean and big laundry room.

the indoor pool, laundry room, and amazing breakfast in the morning are all great perks of staying there

high prices in the gift shop store, not family friendly to give the kids a couple bucks to shop with no peanut

the casino and the free parking, hotel is starting to get dilapidated, room is a little dusty and old

first night booked through casino

-the security guards at the entrance to the casino aren't on the same page

the staff was so friendly and the hotel screamed 5 star. nice casino and steak house on-site.

there were several food options within the property, the fitness/spa center offered many services/amenities,

spa was my favorite and the tap which is a sports bar inside the hotel was so much fun

the spa area was very peaceful and welcoming

the spa staff were excellent in everything

i didn t get a chance to use the spa or other services offered, but i will make sure to do so the next time

i didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa service but i will next time

car right around the corner the lounge on the second floor was very comfortable and convenient pet friendly
