room service for breakfast was confusing, we had ordered certain items and did not receive them,

kept general areas, good security, centrally located to airport/rtp/rdu/ shopping/restaurants, shuttle, quiet

to keep the water hot you basically had to leave it fully open, which made it difficult for the kids to shower

the pool wasn t clean

not very clean - the carpets, kitchen area and air vents were dirty.

pillows were soft and there was kitchen

was dirty : room, gym, spa restroom, cleaning manager was not training cleaning staff properly
