pool and spa not available no mattress pads on bed, not enough pillows

b/c it had pool/spa but it was closed - disappointed it did not call this out ahead of time

the pool was advertised but wasn't available because of renovations

breakfast was excellent and the fresh cucumber water

parking lot and steps were dirty

didn't have breakfast so i can't rate that

no elevator, no pool.

no pool and the jacuzzi was never opened or used from what i could tell

they didn't have a full complimentary breakfast but they did have some portable things like pastries, yogurt,

wifi was a bit spotty. lighting by the washbasin was inadequate.

indoor pool was great for the kids

the bar was very comfortable and relaxing, and the staff was very helpful and friendly

check in, no one told us that we would not have room service

friendly staff, pool area and gym are kept clean

we loved the location, loved our spa tub and the ability to bring our pup

also, the mantel on the fireplace was leaking sticky stuff

hotels allow early check in if rooms avail

breakfast was order and pay. it was not good food.

the popcorn machine was a hit with the kids

there was not a whole lot of walking space around the hotel and no designated pet area that i saw

wifi is not good in my room, and i had to go to the lobby to talk on the phone.

and hot tub were great, there's a lot to do inside the casino like bowling, bingo, restaurants, a spa and a

always a clean comfy place to stay. my kids love the pool.

the bar and restaurant closed at 9 pm on a saturday.
