we understand the reasons why, we were a little disappointed the the spa was not available while we were there

i paid for a room with a spa bath, however bw uses whirlpool

the location was perfect so close to downtown and we had a massage at the galena day spa which almost shared

payed extra money for a room with a spa and most of the spa jets did not work.
