the jets on the spa didnt work

the pool and spa were pretty

saturday and sunday the pool and spa were packed with kids, but monday night we had it all to ourselves which

was happy to spend some time in the spa pool, since i have been having some back issues

everything was wonderful enjoyed our stay the pool and the spa was wonderful would come back again and suggest

pool was closed

the people in the room above us had kids stomping from 6-8 am and woke us up

breakfast wasn't much due to the virus restrictions.

historic building with elegant restorations; spacious and well appointed guest rooms; charming common areas;

wish the spa was open on the weekend with longer hours. we didn t get to use facilities.

and for the money i paid for the room should of had room service 24 hr

no room service menus on check in whirlpool stopped working

my kids and husband enjoyed the pool

pool like it said room smelled funny wifi would go in and out i actually am leaving a day early because if

limited parking. they no longer have a pool at this location.

but i got a smoking room and my sheets had smoke holes in it

did not mention the free wifi at checkin.

i loved the spa feeling to the bathroom

and room service needs work

the view from up sky bar is 2nd to none in davenport

room service wasna ? ? t available but the delivery services were.

both the gyms were nice and clean

breakfast was very limited

avi worked nights and would set out breakfast for me as i would leave before breakfast was officially served

the pool area was open

parking lot had a lot of cigarette butts

staff was nice, paved parking, elevator, my room had a beautiful mural on one wall

the breakfast and morning staff were wonderful.

missed breakfast by 20 minutes, and the front desk girl allowed us to grab a couple things before we left

to online info it had a working pool and spa area, the spa was not available and was something we really could

hot tub was closed with no warning, elevator was old and had broken buttons, room had missing spa tub handle

the breakfast was fresh

breakfast was great. homemade eggs. staff was great. we were only there nine hours. it was good.

the bed was okay and the fact we got a suite with spa was nice.

not a big enough parking space

they had a pool and a spa and the casino of course was right at the entrance so you didn t have to walk far

the spa was also entirely booked out

the spa was overpriced and had hidden fees if you aren t receiving certain services.

didn't like the hotel having smoking rooms or smoking in casino, but overall very nice place to stay

the handrailing's in the parking garage were very dirty along with the windows in the parking garage

spa room was very large and well equipped. indoor, outdoor pool was a neat idea.

the spa tub was fantastic. the room was very clean and breakfast was good.

easy access to restaurants and casino and rooms. machines were way too tight!

easy to get to, plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful employees.

the bar in the casino is too expensive for the value and the pillows.

melted into the only fabric chair in room,the carpet was stained and there are no safety bars in spa or bathroom

the pool and spa area was not clean. the deck and both pools were very grimy.

room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled of cigarette smoke the carpet was sticky and the toilet

supposed to be non-smoking but someone had used our bathroom like a chimney

close by and has smoking rooms

the parking lot is in pretty rough shape and very dark and a little scary in places at night
