booked this spa hotel as a present for my daughter s birthday

the staff were really welcoming and friendly. the spa was great! also loved the food! x

only down fall was the spa was fully booked and they didn t have enough robes to give out for thermal

were great and i had the most delicious chocolate fudge cake i ve had in my life ud83eudd24 the spa facilities

it was very clean staff were very friendly and helpful, it had a great spa and great views

property is lovely however we paid a small fortune for the room with the bath that had the spa in it and it was

nothing. i wish the spa was up and running

as said before the spa was frozen.

wifi alittle weak in rooms

a problem with the hotel as such just disappointed the spa was closed because of c19, would have finished off

needs a spa and pool especially being adjacent to football park

for suite, which was really just a double room with a spa bath - fine but the bathroom was tiled ceiling to

gym and spa facilities are all there but very dated and in need of replacement

location, style atmosphere having the spa facility is a bonus the food and staff are

no lift. spa pool broken, green water observed in spa.
