continental breakfast desperately needs improvement

staff was friendly, the room was easily accessible from the parking lot, the room was reasonably clean and had

but once you got to entrance tons of parking and easy in & out

pet friendly with lots of grass space to run on in area

great bar and grill and gas station in same parking lot

no food available price was to much for the room no spa as stated

by a gentleman that was just coming in off the street and bothering the people that were at the bar

we took advantage of the free shuttle service and the driver was so nice

you could set up water and coffee pitchers on the bar for people to help themselves and take a little of the

the gym and the rooms..

pool/spa was permanently crowded with kidsthey charged $5 for a bottle of water in room

enjoyed the pool and spa area

were a little disappointed at the pool and spa area

fitness room was overheated with no temp

we were very bummed to arrive and find the pool and hot tub have been closed for months.

wish they had the spa tubs but that's purely a personal preference

clean place, easy to find, wifi worked.

my kids were disappointed there was not a pool.

stayed two nights and told the front desk we did not need room service if we could get new towels

check in, clean room, plenty of towels, nice size refrigerator, good beds, easy location, parking felt safe, no

advertised spa tub, clearly wasn t, and no way were we taking a bath, peeling stuff from inside of tub

was no towels in room the heater was really loud and it didn't have no spa tub like

that it was a smoking room

i ordered a smoking room and when i got there it said no smoking on the front door

doesn't match the booking description, there was no ash tray in the room for smoking, tub looked dirty

the pool could not be used because there were so many kids and snacks and items in pool room no one could get

breakfast was excellent

the breakfast staff were great! the desk staff were always smi ling and helpful.

the grand kids liked the pool too much and i found it difficult to make them leave.

even breakfast was offered in a very safe and effective manner

the building had a musty pool smell

breakfast wasn?t very good.

beds were extremely firm, comparable to a gymnastics springboard

parking was sparse close to the front door

liked two tvs in the room so kids could watch their shows and we could watch ours

it's outdoors on a lovely lookout spa patio and with the below freezing temps and perfectly hot and relaxing

did not cover the windows so people could possibly see in the room and this is the room with the spa wifi was

wifi did not connect using the room number as the password

late check out.

we stayed in the king suite and the carpet was torn in doorways and by little kitchen table

went above and beyond so that we were able to assistance with the laundry

we didn't visit the pool, but a family appeared to be having fun in it

staff here is terrific and made sure both my grandson that had a broken leg and our pet had everything they
