great seevice and loved the jacuzzi/spa tub

and up to date towels were soft and smelled good room smelled clean not stale or stinky pool and spa well

it had a pool and spa that was clean and worked

i understand that covid precautions had spa closed but pool and area around it were very very nice

the spa jets where missing

the bath tub had jets for a spa experience, but definitely did not have enough water to actually use the jets

construction zone on the premises limited hot water in spa tub

the room had most of the amenities one would need such as a desk, wifi, coffee machine,

wifi is spotty

my room was a suite with a jacuzzi/spa tub and it was phenomenal

spa tub was a nice touch to our stay

king suite was very spacious and comfortable

fireplace in the entrance of the hotel, an open courtyard in the middle of the hotel, a pool, spa and cabanas

free hotel shuttle is great, however they won't pick you up after 9pm (doesn't apply to airport pick-ups)

the jacuzzi spa by the pool was extremely hot. i think a sensor might have been broken.

pool and spa were wonderful, grandkids had a wonderful time

the bathroom with the spa tub and shower was reasonably modern

the adult grotto spa and robes! it was peaceful and that water temp was perfect!

we had to go to a massage place nearby because i couldn't justify paying the spa at the hotel to fix a problem
