the price the staff and the pool was amazing

parking spaces on backside of the hotel showed the blacktop parking spaces with large impressions

there was plenty of parking even with customers at the cafe' parking in the same lot

smelled weed every time we walked out of room and people loudly hanging out in the parking lot all hours of

just hanging out in the parking lot

updated their site to reflect changes (pool was closed for repairs and spa was taken out during 2021 renovation

the spa tub very useful in room .just the tub needed to be cleaned better.

the hotel eas very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool!

it would seem that hilton could afford to provide a breakfast for its guests and free parking

the bed was hard. the pool was closed. no hot tub.the hand towels looked questionable.

breakfast was amazing, spa treatment was incredible with maggie, rooftop pool, free bike rental.

one night over thanksgiving while passing through chattanooga so didn't have time to use the spa or fitness

location very good. spa was first class.

the spa experience was one of the best i've ever had

is nothing i didn t love about this hotel will be coming back yearly for girls spa

hotel was wonderful however i cannot say enough good things about the spa if you stay here make sure you go to

spa pool was gorgeous and great hours, the lobby was great and the check in staff was helpful

every thing was good except wifi. it was down until the second day there.

great indoor pool, the steak house, views, and rooms all make this my favorite place to visit in chattanooga

that we didn t like was our only options for breakfast was starbucks attached to the hotel or room service

felt like a spa shower head

our room had a nice whirlpool spa tub in it that was nice

hot tub/spa only ran for 15 min at a time and was not that

spa covered up with deck boards, indoor pool was cold, wrong room initially, next room was dirty

daily room service because of covid
