was a direct bus right outside the hotel (comes every hr) and another a walk away (20min walk) - wifi connection

at 9am and room service comming into your room at 9am without knocking for cleaning

pool-spa is very nice; the rooms are ok but nothing special; the shoopingmal nearby is very

booked an appointment in the spa and when i went over the beauty therapist was not there so no treatment for

staff attentive and helpful, room was warm and spotless, breakfast superb. good pool/spa too

warm room with no air conditioning and kids at a wedding that was on were running around knocking on doors all

was brilliant family room was spacious and very comfortable,pool was like a spa with excellent facilities,staff

great location, quiet and comfy rooms, lovely spa pool, food delicious and lovely staff

its not a dislike but if there was a spa or gym it would be good.

sauna in fitness room is far from providing a spa facility

was fab and lady on reception on check out was so nice and gave us a late check out no problem , all staff were

reception / room service staff were super friendly

on site parking was a bonus with plenty spaces

appreciate everything except the spa wasn t not on my expectations, water not really hot and i don t think

i didn t realise you could use the spa facilities so didn t take any swimwear along!

the spa was not crowded and very clean and a beautiful place to relax

nothing. we didn t get a chance to use the wellness spa due to time but we would next time.

it was a shame that due to covid the spa treatments weren't on, as that was a big selling point of the hotel

the receptionist in the spa (not run by the hotel) had the personality of a sardine

levels for rooms above sams bar spa was poor and probably the least relaxing relaxation room i ve ever been
