hotel, facilities, pool, spa but above all the staff specially at the check in reception they went above and

pool and spa were excellent as was the buffet breakfast

the kids entertainment amenities and the apartment so spacious great for families, more room then a

stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of space, they loved the indoor play area and miniature golf, and

depending on booking type or it's 4 per child), outdoor playground, swimming pool, plenty of parking and

the view from my room was incredible, and as i slept in for breakfast, they offered to bring some up to the

great bar and lovely room

the bar had a lovely big log fire which was very welcoming

the breakfast was fabulous and included in the price

staff absolutely lovely, super comfy bed, great dinner and breakfast

we also enjoyed the pools and spa area

staff were very friendly river view room was fabulous spa was gorgeous

we had two treatments each in the spa which were some of the best we have had

from the moment we got to the gates until we left the staff ,premises ,food, ambience ,spa leisure centre all

laura in the spa gave the best massage

the spa was a delight, as were the pool and jacuzzi offering

staff are incredible, food is always fabulous, rooms are well sized and comfortable, spa and massage great

the large room we had was very sparse, and seemed to be disoriented layout and restricting door egress
