the rooms looked tierd. the splash pool and spa was out of service.

rooms are very nice the food is good free swimming and spa we had free cotton candy when we arrived they had

also the spa facilities are brilliant

great breakfast options, and great dinner options with daily specials prepared by a fantastic catering

walks beside the water, we enjoyed a really delicious meal here food was really good and breakfast was excellent

being a pub/hotel, the bar ran out of several key ingredients for a cocktail, which was disappointing as this

any major difference with the rooms however the beds are comfortable and we had a great time and spa access was

really great value for money, breakfast was wonderful and i was impressed with the spa facilities

the staff were friendly the hotel was very clean and the restaurant was very nice also the spa area was great

convenient for our trip. lots of bars and restaurants close by. spa facilities a bonus

out of use, no 24hr room service as advertised, no spa treatments, reception staff (except 1) were not very

water sampling in a public space for a gym/spa should be tested daily, (at most weekly) i suggested that the

spa and pool and sauna

simply upset the spa sauna advertised was not available, although they had indicators with sauna and the pool

it has a huge parking area and the welcome was great

only booked a standard single, but it was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed

no jacuzzi in a spa hotel. food was average. bar needs more cosy corners for couples.

it is a stunning location in the private vineyard with onsite free hotel residents only parking by the hotel
