traffic noise, spa was not what we expected

great pool,staff and spa services

rooms were spa like quality and had beautiful views of the little town.

it was definitely spa and resort like

we enjoyed the spa as a mother s day treat

hotel smelled due to the carpet instalation, the indoor spa wasnt working, the pool was not open during the

reasonably priced room service and excellent tasting food

the location the options wonderful customer service the indoor outdoor pool was awesome

everything's was great bar heated pool jacuzzi

the pool was nice and big and had swim up bar but only on fridays (booud83dudc4e) the room we had king suite

also, the spa on the adjoining property was very nice

our room felt dirty and the spa tub was disgusting

beautiful location. great to have access to hyatt hill country resort & spa and restaurant.

walking distance rooms to parking and pools.. not enough parking

it was awesome the only thing is that the bar and restaurant closes so soon but other than that we had a gray

t book spa for me n hubby was booked so couldn t get a massage expect one when we come

it was a 5 star resort and spa when i was just expecting a 4 star hotel

windflower spa was excellent my wife and i did the romance package and had a couples massage and it was

gym and spa were closed and construction workers were working in the dining room while we were

it has a wide parking lot

the jacuzzi /spa was not working properly, the jets did not work and the water did not get hot

the room was not very clean the tv was broken the spa tub was nasty the towels were nasty the room was pretty

handy cap room was not properly equip for a wheelchair person, not able to get into tub and/or spa tub

the breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable

s a great centralized location with plenty of parking and not a lot of traffic

we stayed for a week. everything was quiet..place was clean. pool and spa were clean and great.

also, the jacuzzi spa was not working

the comfy factor of the bed. i also enjoyed using the spa bath. housekeeping was very friendly

had book a king room with spa bath once we got here they told us all the rooms with a spa were taken even though

beds were comfortable, very friendly staff, kids enjoyed the pool

staff was excellent friendly helpful and accommodating breakfast bar was excellent hotel employee who took care

friendly staff and nice breakfast choices

ask for a blanket, was told no, the lady at breakfast monitored our every move and watched our kids to make

the room was large enough to fit some additional kids

spa was very nasty cloudy

the wifi could have been better.

i also like that this hotel have laundry facilities

it is sp4ing break week so there were a lot of families with their kids

great location and the pool was great for the kids

bar off bed, my guest injured themself twice on it, spa smelt like mold had ugly foam, water looked gross, pool

the only reason i came here was for the indoor spa and pool. spa ended up being broken.

second the pool was checked off and spa like it was available but it wasn't

desk clerk carlos was super apologetic and very sweet about the spa issue we had

there was the smell of marijuana by the spa and periodically

spa was nice

kids did not pack enough clothes, so had to wash during the

longer breakfast time
