room was not what i expected by the pictures of the room option i booked, was not the bigger spa tub i'm bigger

the pictures of the hotel are not accurate at all , the spa tub looks like it can fit two in the picture but

the picture of the spa tub was deceiving . thought it was a bit bigger then it actually was.

the spa tub was a regular tub , overall false advertising, the outlets didn t work i had to unplug

ordered this room for its spa tub and when i got inside the room there was no spa tub

i loved the breakfast and the spa tub.

our spa tub room was completely renovated and we loved the fireplace and smart tv

spent 1 night in the room with spa bath it was nice, clean, the price was good the employees are helpful

toilet didn't work, nor did the spa tub drain properly

hotel location is close to the airport with shuttle service. excellent services

it was labelled as pet friendly and i was surprised, on an already high rate, that i had to pay an extra $125

the pool and spa were closed during my stay. the train is not at a walking distance.

didn't have a whirlpool, spa or sauna

room service never bothered to return call or provide what we asked for multiple times

lady at the bar and the guy at the check-in have been amazing

having dining, room service and bar .

could have been a little cheaper $200 for king spa room and my room was nice but the circle bed was not a king

com rate was for king suite with spa smoking@ $138+tax

i was excited about the spa tub but once i physically saw the lack of maintenance for it i refused to get it

i liked using the spa bathroom. it was nice, i had, a whole lot of fun...

i liked the fireplace. and spa tub

had to do laundry and there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer for a hotel that has about 200 rooms.

wifi sucked

the breakfast was the best i have ever had

wifi internet kept disconnecting every ten minutes once and i had to give login again and again
