we ordered room service and it was delicious and the waiter who delivered it was courteous and prompt

the procedure for getting access to the pool was well thought out and simple

not your fault (covid) but disappointed that the spa and gym were closed.

it was like putting your head in a washing machine where you have forgotten a wet load of laundry for 5 days

when i asked if pets had been housed in the room i was told pets were allowed in all the rooms

my partner asked for no room service during our stay and twice they didn't get the memo
