but most we went there for the spa hot tub, but it was closed

no pool and hot tub was down for maintenance

the gym is far too warm, very unpleasant to work out. value for money is not there.

the hotel is right next to the large shopping carpark and this is where the free parking is provided

spa is amazing, staff are polite and helpful

we didn t try the restaurant or spa but i ve heard good

place in campbell river with great staff, comfortable apartments, nice spa area

we experienced everything that the resort has to offer; immersion spa, the carvery for some in room dining,

the living area and kitchen also had everything you needed

quality kitchen utensils management is friendly and helpful gated parking

we didn t use kitchen but we re told they charged extra to clean it which was weird

the check-in process was easy and it was great to have private parking

was exceptionally kind and took us around to make sure we were familiar with the workings of the kitchen etc we

also there is a spa but you need to book ahead

spa wasn't open, which was one of the main reasons we were going there

also worth mentioning were the toiletries which were 'spa quality' products

one bedroom suite with kitchen is spacious and so comfortable

service & exceptional treatment as well as an absolutely comfortable stay the old house hotel & spa is the place

enjoyed it all and just wished i booked ahead for the spa services

ud83dude09 would love to have booked some spa time and tried the quaint and very popular restaurant with its

breakfast could have been better. also, the jets in our spa bath wouldn't stay on in our place.

children adore the pool and slide, i love the spa

pool and spa room was not as clean and nice as i expected

spa tub was nice in its day but also passed the expiry date

absolutely love the spa facilities, the waterslide is the best
