pool hours were accommodating

there was plenty of parking, very convenient to restaurants and gas stations

breakfast was good

more help with breakfast. only had one person cooking.

i was given a smoking room (it was late at night when i checked in so i didn't change it)

i mistakenly reserved smoking room and they gave me different non smoking room

it was a non-smoking room but the reaked of smoke

cold, i was shocked when plugging my phone into the outlet, there are old campers and cars in the parking lot,

the manager assisted me with parking so that my vehicle would be safe from damage and offered me the best room

reserved a room specifically for the spa tub

clean, friendly, nice breakfast selection.

not enough parking.

the wifi was a little slow.

strange young man sitting out in back parking lot was creepy, dumpsters in parking lot full of trash looked

had to wake my kids up and move rooms early that morning

that the pool was closed, we had no microwave and the fridge didn't work well

advertised as having an outdoor pool but the pool was closed and was not going to be open for another 2 weeks

and paid for a spa bath king suite

room didn t have a spa tub as advertised on booking

they also no longer have spa tubs and advertise as if they do

kept our kids out of the pool

location of the room was right next to the side door and the laundry

the breakfast wasn t worth it.

so when i checked out this morning the housekeepers lied on me and said i was smoking to get my card charged

wifi signal was awful- couldn't watch hulu on my ipad, which was necessary because the channel

white bedding, comfortable pillows, granite countertops, fridge, and a fantastic breakfast

it was ok. wifi is free with password

the bed was nice and comfortable, i enjoyed the spa as well. the breakfast was very delicious.

i loved everything my fiance really enjoyed herself she just feel in love with the spa tub

the room was very comfortable, great nights sleep and loved the spa tub

we decided to try room service and were very disappointed

even though this hotel seems to be geared towards corporate travel, the kids very much enjoyed it

pool closed at 11 so even thought we arrived around 9:30, we still had an hour to enjoy with the kids

from the breakfast bar was more than welcoming and accommodating

needed a late check out and it was granted, which made our stay so much easier

everything met my expectations and beyond, even the breakfast was delicious

spa didn't bubble for a good back massage

the website advertised pool/spa open but listed other covid policies that were not open, so we surely though

indoor pool was very extremely cold, and the spa pool was extremely hot

spa would have eased my body aches if it was hotter ud83dude0a but it was warm so it was okay

my only complaint is that the indoor spa was very warm. heater possibly broken.
