the only washer and dryer was left unattended by a guest that left wet things , hogging up the laundry facilities

we asked for non smoking room and the smell was room freshener trying to mask smoke and mold: intense and

big and cleaned room. wifi works well.

they cancelled the reservation because all rooms are smoking.
